Cancellation Policy for MrDeal

At MrDeal, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be canceled and how cancellations are handled. By using our platform, you agree to this policy.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
You can request a cancellation if:
• The order has not yet been processed or shipped.
• The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• The item is not marked as “Non-Cancellable” at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
Some orders cannot be canceled, including:
• Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit.
• Digital or downloadable products.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Items marked as “Non-Cancellable” at checkout.
3. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:
1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Provide your order details and reason for cancellation.
3. If the order has not been processed, we will approve the cancellation and process a refund.
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
• If the order is canceled before processing, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow our Return Policy instead.
5. Late Cancellation Requests
• If you request cancellation after the order has been shipped, the request will be denied.
• In such cases, you may return the item after delivery (if eligible under our Return Policy).
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated through our platform.
