Return Policy for MrDeal

At MrDeal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which items can be returned and how we handle return requests. By using our platform, you agree to this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
• You received the wrong item.
• The item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).
• Digital products and downloadable content.
• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products).
• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. Return Process
To return an item:
1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable).
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Return the item in its original packaging with all included accessories.
4. Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item), MrDeal will cover return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The item must be shipped within 3 days of receiving return approval.
5. Refund or Replacement
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
• Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days after the return is approved.
• If a replacement is requested, it will be shipped based on availability.
6. Late or Missing Returns
• If we do not receive the item within the required timeframe, we may reject the return request.
